[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide nursing services is entering into a personal service contract for 1,500 hours per month of nursing service/care to the facility by a vendor that can provide licensed practical nurses (LPN) or registered nurses (RN) or any combination of the two,
- The provider of nursing services works directly with the student body to provide but not limited to medical consultation; evaluation/preparation/administration of physician prescribed treatment; assisting with physician clinics/physical examinations; direct care/monitoring of blood pressure/pulse, blood sugar, respiration, wound care/treatment, transfers, bowel/bladder care, shower/hygiene care, meals; medication follow-up; communication with nursing staff, physician/staff, consumer family members; maintenance of medical records per CDPVTC/state/federal policy and procedures; complete shift reports; and assist/instruct consumers with independence, etc. to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
