Government Authority located in Chesterfield, Virginia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary employee’s employment services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary employees employment services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Chesterfield, VA.
- The county requires the services of temporary general administrative and clerical and light industrial temps to supplement staff.
- Upon receipt of a request for temps, the contractor shall locate temp staff person possessing the required skill set and experience and contact the requesting county staff person to schedule an interview.
- Upon acceptance by the county of the candidate as a temp, the contractor shall provide the temp to the county for the time needed and at the price listed in the pricing schedule.
- The contractor shall provide supervision, labour, and services needed to provide temps on an as needed basis.
- Perform all required and normally accepted criminal background checks, drug and alcohol test and screening, skill set verifications, testing and training for every temp prior to presenting the temp to the county for consideration.
- Bear sole responsibility for all taxes, insurances and/or fringe benefits to the temp.
- Require no minimum hour guarantee for any temp provided.
- Require no fee or waiting period for any temp that may be hired as permanent.
- Immediately replace any temp found to be unsatisfactory by the County.
- Accept any temp person provided by the County for purposes of payroll and accounting.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
