[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide personal training services corrective exercise, posture assessments, exercise class instruction and motivational coaching sessions for employees and dependents, includes, but is not limited to, multiple on-site fitness class instruction, active isolated stretching sessions, and certified personal trainer consulting services at various locations to the government authority located in Sarasota, FL.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
