Government Authority located in Utah; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for nursing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide nursing services to the government authority located in Utah.
- Collect persons’ health histories and complete a nursing assessment within three days after intake
- Review persons’ initial health care results within 48 hours after intake, excluding weekends and holidays
- Educate each person in custody with concerns and answer questions regarding individual medication usage and basic health care needs
- Educate staff about each person’s individual medications and basic health care needs as indicated in their medical record
- Coordinate with authorizing facilities’ medical and clinical staff and physician, when applicable
- Provide each office specialist or designee with a supply order list two weeks in advance to maintain routine medical supply
- Maintain professional interactions with staff and Persons
- Billing:
- Bill only for travel miles which exceeds 60 miles round trip
- Bill monthly for medical services and travel at the contractor’s bid rates included in this contract
- Submit monthly billing statements to the applicable designee by the 14th of the month following the month in which the services were provided
(2) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
