Government Authority located in Boone, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary labor services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary labor services of manpower services to perform a wide variety of duties including serving on food lines, cleaning of facility, minor display cooking, cashiering, general stocking to the government authority located in Boone, NC.
Assistance in all aspects of App Catering including service of Endzone Facility:
- Setup and BreakDown of functions
- Alcohol services including Beer, Wine and Liquor
- Servers for high end functions
- Station display cooking
- Cleaning of Facility
- Training Table Service
Assistance in Banquet/Meeting/Training Table/Gameday set up of Endzone Facility:
- Table Setup and Breakdown
- Stage Setup and Breakdown
- Sound Setup and Breakdown
- Other Room Setup and Breakdown as Needed
- Cleaning of Facility including maintenance of floors
Assistance of Concessions Operations:
- Setup and Clean Up
- Cashiering
- Food Production
- Ice and Food Running
- Operation of Water and Hot Chocolate Stands
- Any other tasks deemed reasonable and necessary by Campus Dining
- Some jobs may involve extreme heat and cold
- Some job duties may require lifting up to 40 lbs with reasonable accomodations.
- Some job duties may require the driving of campus vehicles so valid driver's license necessary
(2) A mandatory site-visit will be held on June 30, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2020.
(4) The term of contract will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
