[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call program management, staffing support and consulting services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.
The Consultant’s Services to be provided include, but are not limited to: 
• Staff augmentation 
• Project management and administration 
• e-Construction Project Management (i.e. PMWeb) 
• Construction management 
• Construction inspection 
• Definition of project scope, budgets and schedules 
• Cost estimating services 
• Project life cycle cost planning 
• Scheduling services 
• Project reporting 
• Project control 
• Document control 
• Comprehensive airport energy planning 
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on June 09, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
