Government Authority located in New York; USA, based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary personnel and information technology services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary personnel and information technology services for the following job titles within the field of Information Technology including Telecom Engineer, System Administrator, Network Operations Center Manager, Services Desk Supervisors and Network Administrator to the government authority located in New York.
- Network Administrator: This position requires an advanced understanding of telecommunication systems including Enterprise IP phone systems, terminal servers, FAX machines and multi-functional devices (MFD) and familiarity with 802.X authentication and port security
- Network Operations Center (NOC) manager: This position establishes support capacity for college needs through planning, allocation of NOC staff, procurement and deployment of appropriate technology solutions
- Service Desk Supervisor: The Service Desk Supervisor will work cooperatively with faculty, staff and students to assess and understand their needs and provide best in class customer service support at all times through professional and courteous interactions
- Systems Administrator: This person oversees all IT server/application administration activities, which includes responsibilities for performing highly technical installations, configurations, integrations, operations, management, testing and maintenance of new and existing hardware and software applications; as well as researching, system monitoring and performance tuning, diagnostics and troubleshooting, user support coordination, backup and storage management, data center maintenance etc.
- Telecom Engineer: These duties include the installation, programming, testing, trouble shooting, and repairing of telecommunications systems and equipment.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
