[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide personnel services for systems control center group to the government authority located in Michigan.
- Consultant shall provide the following support personnel:
- Systems Control Center Team Lead/Supervisor:
- This position would include supervising the efforts of lesser certified operators and maintenance personnel in order to ensure both permit compliance and the appropriate level of maintenance as determined by the completion of work- orders generated by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) are begin carried out,
- Systems Control Center System Technician/Operator:
- Monitor gauges, measure pump, vacuum, instrument and service air pressure, hydraulics; suction and discharge elevation; reservoir and weir elevation, and discharge valve positioning; and troubleshoot problems. Perform direct startup and stopping of pumps in accordance with the load demand. Perform minor repairs to equipment, request repair and generate work orders for maintenance service as needed,
- Systems Control Technician/Operator Trainee:
- Learn to monitor gauges measure pump, vacuum, instrument and service air pressure, hydraulics; suction and discharge elevation; reservoir and weir elevation, and discharge valve positioning; and troubleshoot problem,
- Operational Support Engineer:
- This position would provide expertise on activities associated with the refinement and improvement of control loops, communications, and other capabilities associated with the optimization of operation through the control center.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 30, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
