[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide skilled nursing services, treatments, and specialized health care procedures to eligible students (district wide) with significant health conditions to help students effectively access the general education curriculum to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.
- Skilled nursing services are provided to students with significant health conditions who require nursing care and monitoring by qualified nursing personnel in order to attend school during school hours or school sponsored after school activities as prescribed by the student’s licensed medical provider and determined necessary by the student’s Individualized Education Program (“IEP”) or 504 Plan.
- Skilled nursing services provide access to the general education curriculum, not improve student’s medical condition.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
