[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide support staff service during the Symposium to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.
- Help process individual, group and exhibitor attendees including those who have pre-registered, but still require help during check-in and those who need assistance registering on site,
- Personnel must have the ability to quickly learn registration software, policies and procedures in order to enhance the registration experience for attendees,
- Registration Staff Responsibilities:
- Greet and register attendees in an efficient, patient and timely manner,
- Collect specific attendee contact information ensuring that it is complete and legible,
- Collect payment (credit card, check and cash),
- Print name badges,
- Distribute meeting materials,
- Answer attendee questions,
- Provide directional assistance.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 24, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
