[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide school physician consultant services to the government authority located in Lindenwold, NJ.
- Consult with the Superintendent or designee on medical matters concerning the district on an as-needed basis including approval of medical policies
- Consult with school nurses and athletic trainer providing advice and assistance relative to medical matters deemed appropriate; and if necessary, will submit in writing comments and/or recommendations.
- Review and update standing orders annually.
- Administer Hepatitis B vaccine to staff members as designated by the school district as part of its Blood borne Pathogens Exposure Plan.
- Write Rx, as needed, for standing order medicat ions, Mantoux testing, and Hepatitis B testing.
- Must be present for all home and away Varsity Football Games.
- Upon the superintendent’s request, examination of employees to determine ability to return to work after illness or the suitability of an employee to continue working in his/her present job.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
