[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary personnel services to the government authority located in McKinney, TX.
- Provide number of contracts currently in place that may place demand on the available pool of employees to be assigned for our needs.
- Provide rate of assignment completion for your employees on assignments of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and 6 months.
- Provide information on skills/knowledge testing and training that would be administered to clerical personnel.
- Provide the average response time, in business hours, to calls requesting personnel.
- Provide the average time it takes to fill an assignment.
- Provide the maximum number of clerical assignments/positions that can be filled within 24 hours of request.
- Provide, for key personnel on the project, each team member’s name, job title, responsibilities, project management practices, role on the project, and number of years in the role.
- Provide invoice sample and explanation of your billing procedures. Include any software that may be used, how often billing occurs, and the process for correcting errors.
- Provide explanation of any added services that are included in your offering.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 9, 2020.
(3) The term of contract will be three years.

Performance of the work will be offsite.
