[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide document control subject matter expert services to the government authority located in Richland, WA.
- Act as document control, including expertise in smart plant foundation, will interface with customers, ensure work is completed in a timely manner, ensure rush items are managed, work with and train other document controllers,
- Will work independently with minimal supervision to make judgements and decisions on behalf of Document Control and to ensure compliance with governing policies and procedures,
- Provide guidance to Document Control team and field organizations concerning document control processes, procedures, issues, etc,
- Processing engineering and administrative documents for Document Release into the appropriate document control system,
- Vendor Information Processing—Process, maintain, and provide information copies of submitted and approved vendor information consisting of, but not limited to, performance specifications, component data, parts numbers, fabrication and installation drawings,
- Provide Document Release Services—Provide document release and configuration status accounting for technical information, including completeness reviews; posting to the status control system; distribution, research database as requested, change status verification, accountability reporting, and change incorporation support.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
