[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical staff engagement consultant services to the government authority located in Oregon.
- Assess staff’s current perceptions of organizational strategy, workplace culture, and employee engagement.
- Identify and implement strategies and mechanisms to empower staff, supervisors and
managers to work cooperatively toward continuous quality improvement in all aspects of
organizational activities,
- Improve employee morale and engagement,
- Increase retention of staff and supervisors,
- Increase collaboration with the union,
- Improve overall team dynamics and feelings of support,
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes both within CHC and with other parts of the County (HR, Admin, IT).
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 22, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
