[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fitness center staffing services to the government authority located in Orange, CA.
- Provide personnel to supervise exercise sessions.
- Providing blood pressure screening and pre-exercise testing as described in paragraph a below
- Providing instruction on proper use of the equipment to all program members
- Developing individualized programs to assist program members in reaching their health and fitness goals.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 16, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 17, 2020.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
