[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide staff augmentation support services including communications support to the department of energy city operations office and office of river protection as well as internal and employee communications, social media, media and community outreach to the government authority located in Richland, WA.
- Position: - Communications Support.
- These positions are responsible for providing communication and outreach support for Mission Support Alliance. The successful candidates will be involved in writing and editing internal communications, news releases and social media posts which includes working with senior and cross-organizational management as well as external stakeholders
• Interfacing with cross-organizational personnel for the development of stories and communication products related to infrastructure activities performed at Hanford in support of the clean-up mission and other topics relevant to our employees.
• Writing and editing news releases, newsletter stories, sitewide worker messages and social media posts.
• Drafting, reviewing and obtaining concurrence on communication materials.
• Creating schedules and managing project deadlines.
• Leading efforts with diplomacy while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
• Available on off hours to ensure project deadlines are met (working remotely/checking email when necessary).

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be onsite.
