Government Authority located in Ewing, New Jersey; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for employee assistance program services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services to the government authority located in Ewing, NJ.
- Basic EAP services including toll-free 24/7/365 access to EAP consultants for information,
assessment, short-term problem resolution and crisis intervention.
- Dedicated client manager to provide unlimited support services to managers and campus HR end
users along with a direct toll-free access number for supervisors and managers to a dedicated line
and consultation with qualified EAP counselors regarding a range of workplace concerns,
mandatory referrals and critical incident advice.
- In-house counselors with the ability to counseling services over the phone and or video
conferencing
- Critical incident services including consultation and set-up and coordination of onsite services
within 24hrs of a campus request. These services should be separate from the number of classes
provided.
- Unlimited financial services at no cost to employees and household members, including access to
consultants and personalized researched referrals.
- Legal services including access to consultants and personalized researched referrals. Initial half-hour consultations, with further services at a discount, includes 2 consults available for each
employee and adult household member per issue.
- Standard program marketing materials.
- Comprehensive website with additional information, resources and tools.
- Promotional plan and communication materials to market this service to eligible employees.
- Utilization and satisfaction reports delivered on a quarterly basis, at a minimum.
- Quarterly HR and manager and employee webinars.
- Quarterly management and employee newsletters.
- Soft skills online training programs
- Serious illness resource program.
- End of life resource program.
- Referrals for budget and debt counseling.
- Referrals for health and wellness telephonic and online coaching.
- Referrals for mediation consultations work and life resources and referrals.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 22, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for three year.
