Government Authority located in Seattle, Washington; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for agency temporary services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional temporary staffing services on as needed basis for a variety of administrative and technical positions to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.
- Staffing Services:
a. Conduct a phone or in-person interview with each candidate prior to referring to SHA for an assignment.
b. Assess computer skills to determine expertise in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn other software systems. Must be knowledgeable in using Outlook, Word and Excel if needed.
c. Perform screening and review of criminal background checks of candidates prior to placement with agency.
d. Refer qualified candidates to SHA. Provide at least 2 resumes for consideration for each temporary assignment within two (2) business days, unless otherwise agreed upon. SHA will make an attempt to provide the Consultant with sufficient time for a response. On occasion, based on business needs, the Consultant may be asked to respond within one (1) business day.
e. Assist SHA with the process to hire a temporary employee into a permanent position or with direct hire placements. It is preferred that direct hire placements be guaranteed for at least 90 days. If SHA determines the placement is unacceptable at any time during the guaranteed period or the placement leaves SHA for any reason, the placement fee will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
(2) A pre-submittal meeting will be held on December 17, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
