(1) Vendor needs to provide newspaper contributors services seeks proposals from qualified candidates who have experience, expertise and equipment necessary write articles and take photographs for assignments on and off the Reservation to the government authority located in Nespelem, WA.
- A newspaper contributor could be one of the following:
- Reporter and columnist, photographer.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
