[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide temporary medical staffing services for its clinical operations to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.
- Community Health Nurse Specialist:
- Performs nursing assessment and develops health care plans for patients seen in clinics, schools,
shelters, and homes
- Evaluates the growth and development of children and confers with appropriate parties regarding child health problems
- Assists in preparing for specialized clinics
- Visits homes of patients with communicable diseases to provide nursing services - Assists in orientation of nurses and other department personnel
- Community Health Medical Assistant:
- Visits clients in their homes, clinics, schools, institutions, shelters, health fairs and other settings
to collect, store, transport and process blood and other specimens, and obtains and updates socio-economic and health information
- Assists providers during examinations, and takes and records patient temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, blood pressure, weight, and other measurements
- Assists patients in preparing for examination - Administers treatment and medications as directed by providers and performs vision, hearing
and other screening tests
- Radiological Technician:
- Positions patients in order to x-ray the appropriate area
- Loads film holders and cassettes into radiograph equipment, takes, develops, and labels x-ray photographs as prescribed by a physician or advanced practitioner
- Registers patients, records financial and medical information on forms, prepares and witnesses
consent forms, schedules appointments, processes patient records, maintains patient flow during
clinic sessions, and maintains clinic appointment book - Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Assist physicians and nurses during medical examinations in preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative procedures
- Takes and records patient temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, blood pressure, weight, height,
and other measurements
- Performs vision, hearing, and other screening procedures
- Administers medications and treatments, give immunizations, and performs laboratory procedures, as directed by a licensed physician or nurse practitioner - Provides instruction to patients regarding health education and disease prevention
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
