Government authority located in Washington, DC; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for nursing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide nursing services to eligible students (herein referred to as “students”) as required in the students Individualized Education Plan (IEP), as they are transported on DOT vehicles (school bus, van, or car) to and from school programs to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Nurse shifts are typically required for four (4), five (5), six (6), or seven (7) hour blocks of time. An example start time for a nurse working 5 hours could be 5:30am, with the shift ending 10:30am.
- OSSE DOT desires to ability to onboard and schedule new nurses within three days of request.
- The Contractor shall have the capacity to immediately provide a substitute nurse when the regularly scheduled nurse is unavailable.
- The Contractor shall have the capacity to provide a floater/standby nurse on an as needed basis.
- The Contractor shall provide new nurses within 3 - 5 business days from the date of request.
- The Contractor shall retain and utilize a sufficient number of administrators and/or supervisors on its staff to assure the effective management and efficient performance of all services they provide.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite.
