[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary and relief licensed physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, occupational therapy, occupational therapy assistant and speech or language pathology services on an as-needed basis; to assist the medical staff at State Hospitals in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available resources; and to assure that appropriate clinical evaluations and documentation to the government authority located in Napa, CA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2019.
(3) The term of this contract is three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
