Government Authority located in Stamford, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for part-time nursing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide part-time nursing services to the government authority located in Stamford, CT.
- Working in the department of health clinic during clinic hours,
- Promoting primary preventive health care services,
- Conducting intake and assessment and providing comprehensive sexually transmitted diseases (std) services in accordance with the practices and procedures set forth in the following federal centers for disease control and prevention publications and any updated version,
- Providing early, periodic screening as needed of infants and any school children ages six weeks to 18 years or older as well as to adults,
- Evaluating, referring patients for further medical interventions when needed and following up on patients seen in the department of health’s clinic as necessary,
- Engaging and educating clinic patients and their families in order to decrease STD and TB infection rates, increase immunization rates, reduce paediatric lead exposures, reduce obesity, improve nutrition, reduce chronic diseases, and enhance health outcomes,
- Engaging and educating parents and guardians about childhood developmental milestones, including anticipatory guidance,
- Developing and conducting training programs,
- Demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills,
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills,
- Working collaboratively with diverse organizations and interests,
- Demonstrating a willingness and ability to take directions,
- Demonstrating computer proficiency in word processing programs, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheet and other document formatting techniques,
- Providing services under this contract in a manner which respects the dignity of each client,
- Assisting nurses in the submission of reportable diseases report,
- Participating in current on-going health initiates within the department of health.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
