(1) Vendor needs to provide psychiatric nurse practitioner services to mental health services including intervention, medication evaluations, medication management and consultation with counselors for enrolled college students to the government authority located in Staten Island, NY.
- psychiatric and medical evaluations and case management for CSI students referred by counselors
- maintain all records and reports required by Contract, by Law, by best practices, and by industry standards
- staff training, professional supervision, and workshops for students, faculty, staff and professional staff.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than October 14, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
