[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide infuse regional business consultant and consultant staffing firm services for nation and lends efficiencies to member agencies’ buying processes to the government authority located in Lansing, MN.
- increase regional sales volumes, regional sales dollars, and the number of regional members
facilities and retain current member facilities by assisting in fulfilling the customer’s needs
- conduct business reviews, implement member services, manage accounts, develop and improve member contract compliance, and promptly resolve problems or issues
- consult and collaborate with other knowledgeable public and private organizations, trade associations and industry professionals to gain a greater understanding of market/industry
opportunities and market conditions and to create effective ways of targeting and streamlining the
implementation
- Account management for members within the region
- Train members to identify on-contract purchase savings
- Experience in managing program budgets, developing sales strategy, negotiating issues, setting
priorities, meeting deadlines and executing several projects simultaneously is necessary.
- Established contacts with trade associations, stakeholders and brokers within the region you
propose to cover.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
