[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sufficient, trained, security staff services to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.
• Post No. 1 Main Lobby:
- A minimum of one security guard will be assigned at this post to monitor a security panel reflecting all surveillance cameras monitoring internal and external activities in the building from 7:00 am to 5:30 p.m.
- Screen all visitors through established security equipment, i.e. magnetometers. exceptions to these procedures may be predetermined and specified by the county.
- Maintain appropriate daily visitors log, as well as direct visitors and notify staff with regard to same, and provide management reports pertaining to this log.
• Post No. 2 - Client Entrance - DeGrasse Street:
- The assignment of a minimum of two security persons, one of which is bi-lingual in Spanish and English, to maintain custody and control of the flow of client traffic into the waiting room. this post shall be staffed from 7:30a.m to 5:00 p.m.
- Security staff shall have the responsibility to open the door to the public at 7:30 am and secure
the same at 4:15 p.m.
• Post No. 3 - Client Reception Area - Basement: - A minimum of one security person shall be assigned to this post between the hours of
7:30a.m and 5:00 p.m. such security officer shall be bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
• Post No. 4 - Client Reception Area - General Assistance:
- A minimum of one security person shall be assigned to this post between the hours of
7:30a.m and 5:00 p.m. such security officer shall be bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
