[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide temporary employment services including warehouse clerk, laborer, trades assistant, clerk I, clerk II, call center associate, engineering and CADD technician, cashier, meter reader, temporary technical/professional positions, temporary general non-technical positions to the government authority located in El Paso, TX.
- Warehouse Clerk:
- Counts, sorts or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items, requisitions or invoices,
- Issues, receives, verifies and transfers material using internal control procedures,
- Compiles and documents material movements in the inventory management system,
- Conducts cycle counts and applies principles of inventory control in researching discrepancies and
correcting errors,
- Communicates with customers, co-workers, management and vendors orally and in writing,
- Prepares warehouses for and participates in annual inventories,
- Maintains a safe and orderly work environment,
- Other duties as assigned within job description,
- Laborer:
- Utilize tools, materials, equipment, instruments or supplies associated with the area of assignment,
- Performs manual labor work, to include but not limited to weed removal, painting, digging, cleaning and disposing of waste,
- Other duties as assigned within job description,
- Trades Assistant:
- Utilize tools, materials, equipment, instruments or supplies associated with the area of assignment,
- Assist skilled trades workers including welders, plumbers, electricians, electronic technicians with semiskilled and manual labor,
- Troubleshoot, inspect and repair items, systems or components,
- Clerk II:
- Performs clerical support functions including preparing, reviewing and drafting correspondence,
memoranda, presentations, reports and other documents using correct grammar, spelling and
punctuation to ensure accuracy and completeness; may take and transcribe minutes,
- Prepares and monitors financial information including budget, time and attendance documentation and ordering supplies,
- Call Center Associate:
- Responds to customer interactions via phone, email, internet or in person in a professional, courteous and accurate manner while recording a brief overview of communication
- Develops a rapport with internal/external customers by greeting customers and demonstrates account ownership,
- Engineering/CADD Technician:
- Updates water and sewer block maps by transferring utility information provided by plan of record
drawings and other related records and prepare other maps or presentations as requested,
- Cashier:
- Collects and posts customer payments and issues receipts,
- Maintains accurate records in financial system,
- Operates a cash register or computer,
- Prepares cash count reports and daily deposits,
- Meter Reader:
- Reads and reports water consumption to ensure accurate billing,
- Identify and confirm high or low readings,
- Assist customer with complaints and advise them of leaks on their property,
- Temporary Technical/Professional Positions:
- On occasion, the need may arise for a temporary technical/professional position (e.g., accountant, engineer, purchasing, laboratory, chemist, etc.),
- Temporary General Non-Technical Positions:
- On occasion, the need may arise for a temporary general non-technical position (e.g. fleet service assistant, etc.).

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
