[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human capital management staffing study services for Review and advise classified and certified staffing levels to the government authority located in Stone Mountain, GA.
- Review and create position descriptions based on the needs of each department
- Recommend the appropriate staffing level for each department.
- List of external data sources to establish accurate data and benchmarks
- Staffing Study Written Report must include, but is not limited to documentation of current staffing level and assignment of all department personnel
- Identify areas where technology or process re-engineering can enhance efficiency
- Assess systems and methods surrounding staffing needs projections.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
