Government Authority located in Spring Valley, New York; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for school nursing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide registered and licensed practical school nursing services for the 2019-2020 school year to the government authority located in Spring Valley, NY.
- Licensed Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse is required to arrive at the bus stop at the appointed time to accompany the student(s) on the school bus to and from school.
- Licensed registered nurse and/or licensed practical nurse is required to welcome student to the bus, licensed registered nurse and/or licensed practical nurse is required to welcome student to the bus
- Licensed Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse is required to remain with the student until all have been transferred to the appropriate school, personnel or parent/guardian
- Licensed Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse is required to confirm all medications and physician orders are with the student, before departing the student's premise and/or school
- Licensed Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse is required to observe student(s) during the bus ride for any medical situations or emergencies
- Licensed Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse must be able to perform any and all skilled nursing procedures as ordered. This may include but not limited to tracheotomy and nasopharyngeal, suctioning, urinary catheterization, g tube feeding and care, assess oxygen saturation, nebulizer treatment, administration of medication and any other medical orders as stated by the health provider
- Licensed Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for documenting all skilled nursing as well as reporting any medical situations to the school nurse and parents
¬- Licensed Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse is prohibited from engaging in any activity that can be construed as a conflict of interest and which may adversely impact the School District.
- Licensed Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse may not engage in any activity that would create an appearance that the District was not fulfilling its responsibility in providing appropriate services.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
