[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cultural diversity management services for skilled nursing facility to the government authority located in East Meadow, NY.
- Executive Director of Asian Long-Term Care Services
- Director of Asian Community Outreach
- Operations Liaison
- Clerical Assistant
- Each shall be a full-time employee providing a minimum of 35 hours per week except for the clerical assistant.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 27, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
