(1) Vendor needs to provide newspaper contributor services to hire candidates who have experience, expertise and equipment necessary write articles, take photographs, and/or create cartoons for the print and online edition of the Tribune to the government authority located in Nespelem, WA.
- relies upon its creative content generation to produce six to 24 broadsheet pages on a weekly basis.

Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
