[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary and relief rehabilitation therapist services on an as-needed basis; to assist the medical staff at state hospitals in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available resources; and to assure that appropriate clinical evaluations and documentation meet the requirements and standards to the government authority located in Coalinga, CA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
