[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to fulfil staffing needs for a variety of reasons, which include but are not limited to the following: seasonal work (customer service, general labor), project-specific roles (IT projects, engineering projects), unexpected leave (family emergencies, etc.), additional staff needed due to national and natural disasters (flooding, fires, etc.) and life events (maternity leave, military commitments) to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
• Partner with the right staffing agencies in order to broaden the discipline base to provide the most flexibility in filling technical and specialized temporary positions.
• Ensure a fast response time for specialized labor needs
• Provide an opportunity to gain the best candidates for certain positions
• Provide greater visibility with our contingent staffing usage, such as enhanced reporting
• Create a mandated staffing solution
• Provide a true staffing solution in relation to a full workforce planning strategy
• Compliance of employment laws and Denver Water policies and procedures
• Work to mitigate risk
• Provide cost savings
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
