Government Authority located in Washington, DC; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for local staffing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide local staffing and human resources services for payroll management: provide accounting and financial services – administer payroll; administer payments and tax fillings to local authorities, manage staff: serve as employer of record in-country; maintain legally-required licenses, registrations and insurances and manage the termination and offboarding process, insure that the first party staffs are in compliance with Egyptian labor laws, receive and disburse funds to third party based on a written notification and clearance system to be agreed on prior to any transaction being made and provide other services as request through modification to the implementation to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Staff Management include Drafting and finalizing staff contracts which conform to Egyptian labor laws and regulations and FHI 360 standards, hiring up to 60 or more individuals as employees on behalf of FHI 360, FHI 360 will select the individuals to be hired by the organization. The organization will make payments to the employees and file all necessary taxes and social contribution, hiring replacements of the above staff, if and as needed, throughout the course of the contract and Provide staff onboarding referencing FHI 360-provided materials.
- Accounting and Financial Services to Prepare a monthly payroll ledger and pay slip for each employee that clearly indicates gross salary, all statutory deductions for taxes or garnishments, and net pay in accordance with the labor laws and codes of Egypt, Calculate and remit all taxes including all mandated employee income taxes and employee contribution to social benefit schemes (if applicable), Calculate and remit all mandated employer contributions to social benefit schemes or other levied employer taxes and Prepare and submit mandatory fiscal declarations for FHI 360's registration as a branch of a foreign association.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
