[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial management and staffing services to support the city in its operations to the government authority located in Adelanto, CA.
- Work with the city manager and city council member agencies to develop, implement and adopt budgets, and financial strategies to ensure the financial sustainability of the city.
- Develop and manage an organizational structure that provides for successful day-to-day operations and functions of the finance department.
- Hire or otherwise provide adequate staffing to complete all departmental needs.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with council members
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 1, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
