[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing augmentation services and support for the most highly qualified candidate to fill the position of a Content Strategist, to provide content editing and development of outreach documentation and communications for the staff, stakeholders and customers to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- screen candidates via telephone and/or conduct in-person interviews
- Conduct or review content audit, develop customer profiles, and write compelling web copy
- Develop and execute content strategy, ensuring website is useful, accessible, and easily found to enable a compelling user experience
- Research trending consumer and or industry topics and create compelling content to attract visitors to agency web properties
- Create and maintain content to demystify complex regulatory, licensing, and permitting requirements into easy to understand language for the lay person as part of a broader agency strategy to simplify complex information
- Curate content (text-based articles, infographic, multimedia) for distribution over web, print, email etc to increase awareness of agency brand. Allow information to be entered by user easily
- Provide for development and content that will motivate and entertain users so that they regularly access the website and utilize it as a major source for information and decision-making.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
