Government Authority located in Landover, Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for registered nurse consultant services
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide registered nurse consultant services for project home, which is structured as an adult foster care model, with the CARE provider living in his or her own home 24/7 and accepting responsibility for supervising and caring for the resident living in this home. The RN Nurse Consultant will provide a Health Assessment of the resident, nursing expertise, health education, and teach cueing and coaching techniques to the CARE provider, the registered nurse consultant will forward to the case manager all required assessments and health service plans to the government authority located in Landover, MD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 12, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
