Government Authority located in Elwood, New Jersey; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for expressway toll collection services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide expressway toll collection services for coordinating the toll plaza supervisors,’ toll attendants’ and toll administrative clerk staff’s activities, as needed/on-call function is required when there are scheduled or unforeseen absences from the tolls staff, toll supervisor, count room supervisor, count room staff and toll clerks to the government authority located in Elwood, NJ.
- Staffing Manager will be responsible to ensure that Toll Plaza Supervisors, Count Room Supervisor, Toll Attendants, count room staff, tolls administrative clerk staff, and as needed/on-call tolls staff are provided to meet the SJTA’s staffing needs, including providing Toll Attendants to provide relief for Toll Attendant’s lunch and break periods.
- Human Resources Manager will be responsible for adherence to the compensation structure and salaries, staffing/hiring and management programs using Contractor’s employers, contractors and/or subcontractors for all work in the scope and providing training programs and materials, time record and management, payroll, counseling and discipline.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
