[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary services for school safety is looking for a candidate to fill the role of an administrative assistant and grants coordinator to cover for our fiscal and grants analysts to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
- Below is a list of the job responsibilities:
• Preparing Requisitions for processing
• Paying invoices as received
• Responding to email correspondence from grant recipients
• Organizing and Uploading documents to appropriate drives and folders
• Assist with the administrative management of the multiple grants programs
• Helping review grant applications
• Participating in the daily operations of the support team; providing guidance to the grants management team in the interpretation of grant terms; ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
• Provide carrier service on as needed basis.
• Be available for support where needed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
