[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide onsite customer services for representative position may include greet customers that enter the facility with a positive and professional demeanour, evaluate and review documents presented by customers to ensure they meet specified requirements, verify customer appointments, assist customer in scheduling appointment, coordinate services for all walk-in customers, respond to customer inquiries or refer to on-site supervisor for additional assistance, check in/out personnel arriving/departing MCAS new river, answer phone calls, prepare basic correspondence, make copies of documents, operate fax machine and/or multi-function device, conduct other duties commensurate with customer service representative contractor to the government authority located in Jacksonville, NC.
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
