[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary labour services to the government authority located in Edmond, OK.
- Salary per hour, to include F.I.C.A., state and federal taxes, unemployment and workers compensation cost.
- Office and Clerical Positions :- Performs a combination of clerical to lower level administrative tasks to support office or business operations, such as: maintaining records; receiving, preparing or processing documents/forms; verifying data; searching for and compiling information and data; responding to routine requests with standard answers (by telephone, in person, or by correspondence). The work requires a basic knowledge of proper office procedures
- Clerical Aide: - Follows a few clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence, such as filing documents alphabetically, numerically, or chronologically; opening
mail; performing receptionist duties; operating standard office equipment; and performing light typing requiring no predefined skill level.
- Professional and Technical Positions: - Under the general directions of an immediate supervisor, uses subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence. Selects from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures to more qualified staff. Typical duties may include: assisting in a variety of technical/administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records; verifying elementary statistical data and reports for accuracy and completeness; handling and adjusting complaints; and providing technical assistance or support to professional staff. May oversee the work of lower level temporary staff. Other duties in support of field activity may include: assuming full responsibility for vehicle and equipment used, as well as work performed by subordinate staff; enforcing safety regulations and procedures regarding manpower and equipment usage; and exercising sound judgment regarding the public’s safety. The position may also be utilized for students and interns working part-time on special projects while completing advanced degree programs.
