[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide foreign assistance advisor services for personal services for the subject position under a personal service,
- To developing the overall framework for an effective foreign assistance End-Use Monitoring program, reviewing and evaluating reports, collaborating with posts to develop measures to improve data collection and enhance responsiveness requirements,
- Supports program managers in complying with management policies and procedures, including those contained in the Foreign Affairs Manual, Federal Acquisition Regulation, and other regulatory sources, with particular reference to property accountability and transfers of weapons and sensitive equipment, including legally-defined Defense articles,
- Oversees the coordination, tracking, record-keeping, and reutilization of weapons and sensitive property, and advises the Industrial property management specialist on planning, analyzing, compliance determinations, and recommending actions in support of asset accountability and the reutilization of assets, including weapons and sensitive equipment,
- Conducts in-depth studies of the technical aspects of project requirements to ensure that they are taken into consideration when making recommendations to senior managers, etc. to the government authority located in Washington, DC.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
