[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide staff augmentation support services to assist with the application
development and technical support services in the design, development, implementation, and
maintenance, operations, and enhancements of the edlink system to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Contractor shall work directly with state managed staff to provide mentoring and knowledge sharing, integrated as part of the agile development methodology, with staff to troubleshoot system issues, identifying and implementing defect fixes and system enhancements, support development, testing, build and deployment tasks, provide postimplementation and helpdesk support, and performance of maintenance and upgrade activities.
- Based on an understanding of the current infrastructure and systems.
- Provide application development and technical support for the edlink system by providing
guidance to state managed resources on the triaging and fixing of defects and system
enhancements. - Assist in the research, documentation, prioritization, scheduling, road mapping and development
of new system enhancements.
- Mentor staff in these areas initially and then shadow them for guidance and correction in these
areas and system maintenance tasks.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
