[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide clerical support service to the government authority located in Utah.
- Copying, printing, compiling, and dissemination of the product requested.
- Plotters to be used to print large maps.
- Printing of (incident action plans) which requires printing, collating, and stapling both in large and booklet sizes.
- Requests from other functional sections of the incident may request specialized printing and copying needs throughout the day.
- Clerical support needs as they arise.
(2) Contract term will be five years.
