[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing study services to the government authority located in Warrenville, IL.
- Assess the current levels, types, and quality of city services
- Assess the adequacy of the service delivery by city employees and contractual support services
- Identify changes to services and staffing to provide the type, level, and quality of services desired
- Make recommendations, based on the study findings, regarding long-term and short erm services, the organizational structure, and a staffing plan to meet communities service level demands in a cost effective and efficient manner
- Develop and provide a plan, schedule, action steps, and cost projection for the implementation of the recommendations
(2) A pre-proposal information meeting will be held on May 31, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
