[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide staff augmentation support services for security orchestration, automation and response to the government authority located in Richland, WA.
- These needs include tier-1 cyber support in our network operation center as well as installation, configuration, operation and automation of a security orchestration, automation and response toolset
- Manages the day-to-day security orchestration, automation and response technical operations and product management, monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair
- Manage capacity planning, system-wide operation control, task automation and providing recommendations on innovative or cost-effective options for system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair product set
- Tier-II and III troubleshooting support, working with the user support team and the operations staff to effectively manage and communicate issues and perform problem analysis to resolution on a 24/7 schedule
- Develop solutions to improve the efficiency of physical and digital security operations of the local area network
- Apply revisions, upgrades, and configurations changes to maintain the security orchestration, automation and response system
- Develop new system implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability, high availability and system security of enterprise services
- Stay current with technological developments and provide recommendations on how to take advantage of new advancements
- Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to customers
- Ensure system security across enterprise application services, including contribution to security best practices

Performance of the work will be onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
