[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide nursing services to the government authority located in Atco, NJ.
- Provide one-on-one care at school, field trips, and extra-curriculum activities
- Assist with transportation (accompany student on bus)
- Support child study teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, as needed
- Write individual health plans
- Train school personnel on specific medical conditions
- Provide substitute nursing on a consistent basis
- Meet with the administration as required to discuss projects and strategies to meet the needs of the students and district.
- Log services for the state special education Medicaid initiative.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
