[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide overflow therapy and nursing services for therapy services, to include OT, PT, COTA, PTA, speech and nursing, to obtain a pool of contracted, qualified firms to contact as the need for a therapist arises, Offerors may submit proposals covering one or more disciplines, as
Qualified,
- The service provider will work cooperatively with school personnel in providing an interdisciplinary approach in the provision of services to children with disabilities,
- The service provider will be responsible for providing instructions and demonstrations to school personnel and parents to enable them to follow through with activities and exercises that will assist the student to meet the therapy and educational goals,
- The service provider will be required to sign-in at each school office and sign-out when leaving the premises to the government authority located in Roanoke, VA.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
