[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Santa Rosa, CA.
- Provide oversight of and guidance to registered nurses to include availability for phone consultation
- Provide direct patient care to complicated patients as needed
- Review medical protocols annually, revise as needed and develop new protocols as needed
- Provide education and training to Probation staff both informally and via in service trainings approximately four times per year
- Provide oversight of and guidance to one physician assistant including availability for phone consultation and review of 10% of medical charts completed by physician assistant approximately four hours per month

Performance of the work will be onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
