(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary pharmacy staffing services to maintain operation at a health care center pharmacy, the director of pharmaceutical services or his designee will request temporary staffing from applicant, temporary pharmacy staff is deemed to be unacceptable, the director of pharmaceutical services will notify applicant in writing to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.
